Why do some clinics say FUE does not show scarring?

There is no such thing as a scar free procedure. It is based on degree of visibility. The shorter you keep your hair I.e a skin fade the more visible the scarring. However that being said a good clean harvest using an appropriate punch with the correct spacing g can yield superb outcomes and avoid horrendous visible scarring. I have posted an image to illustrate this fact. In my practice I like to take hairs lower down the nape of the neck as these hairs are typically the softest and yield a softer hairline before entering the density further behind.
