This video shows how we address hairline feminization. This patient has had 4 browlifts, with LOTS of scarring, in an effort to lower and feminize the hairline. BUT instead, all she wound up with was a distinct hairline and lots of scarring. We did 2000 grafts across the front, softening and feminizing the hairline, and then went into lateral scars. HOPEFULLY we'll get periodic followup. AND hopefully, she'll give this the year to year and a half required to get results...(in the past, impatience has led to additional facial surgery probably before full healing occurred...)
