Hair Transplant Procedure for Thinning Hair on a Crown?

What are the complications transplanting into a thinning crown? Toppik helps but i would prefer a perm solution.

Could try the foam? Not as messy and results are quite common in the crown with minox and could save you a few years from a procedure.
