Smoking after a Hair Transplant?

Do i have to wait to smoke after a HT? Bad habbit i know, but i don't think i could stop :(

Just imagine if you quit and how healthier you and your hair would be :)

I would wait a minimum of 2 weeks if you can, however the longer the better. The nicotine constricts blood vessels and decreases the oxygen to the tissues and of course the carbon dioxide in the smoke displaces the oxygen which can not help the healing and growth process. 

Like stated above if you could quit, the health benefits for your body and hair can only greatly improve :)

I think you should avoide smoking ..
