NorthernLad, it will depend on numerous factors. Do you have thining in the frontal 3rd? Type of hair? Etc.

Send a few clear pictures to give you a better idea and if you find a surgeon you trust, i would take their advice.

Regards.

50 to 60 grafts/cm2 is usually fine if you have the donor availabilty and idea of predicted loss.

Hair colour and shaft etc also plays a part and the above mentioned.

Any pics?

Cheers for the response, i will send some pics out and let you know the outcome. Numerous Surgeons i have discussed this with have ranged from 30/cm2 to 65!

Always bear in mind your future donor availabilty when you plan your density and hairline placement etc.

30/cm2 to 65? Again it depends on your hairloss and characteristics. There really isn't a certain number to give for density, everyone will be diifferent.

I really like it thakns for the  nice source of information..

I hope my hairline is not too see through, dont mind the middle or crown with lesser density which most docs usually do.

Yes definitely hope for the best you can have great results..
