This younger guy had a poor result, with what looks like 400 out of a paid for 2700 grafter actually growing, and a pretty good scar. Additionally, listen in the video and he alleges that the doctor was minimally involved. Now I was NOT there..I don't know. But I have heard that from probably 20 patients that we've repaired over the years from that group.
Hopefully we'll improve his scar and give him a good hairline. He's not local and I've asked him to pop in on the forums later this week.

Again, I was not there for his first surgery and only have his side of the story. That said...I've seen 20 guys from this group with the same story. Unlikely they'd all come up with the same tale. One has approched the medical board. He would not keep calling me and telling me a bunch of unusual things...so I simply told him to contact the board, which he did. I don't know if that particular guy will ever come in for a repair case.
As to refunds...I posted a few months ago a guy who'd paid for 6800 FUEs in 3 sessions...who maybe had 400 hairs growing at 3 years. AND he's still making payments on his 2nd and 3rd cases.... I have not seen any of these repair cases show up with refund money EVER.
The firm in question then called me...no idea about what, but I didn't talk to them. Likely I'll get accused of stirring up trouble, but the board can determine if there is indeed fire where there is smoke.
This guy should turn out great. VERY easy case. Now its just a waiting game.

Here it is. Military man paid for 6800 fues elsewhere. My best guess is that there are 400 hairs on that recipient area. Granted FUE is unpredictable and there are no guarantees..but common sense and ethics would make me not proceed with paying for or taking more money after 3 previous unsuccessful cases...yet this guy, and the doctor, came back for a final round of wealth transfer.
Minimal hair was transplanted...only dollars from patient to doctor.
