Procedure Overview
The restoration was carried out over a three-day surgical plan. Grafts were harvested using the FUE technique with a micromotor, with the first two days dedicated to the scalp donor area and the final day focusing on beard graft extraction. The implantation was performed using the DHI (Implanter Pen) method.
Surgical Goals & Design
Our primary objective was to achievefull coverage for the hairline and mid-scalp, while providing partial coverage for the vertex (crown). The hairline was custom-designed to ensure a natural look that complements the patient’s age and facial structure.
