All I hear is don't budget for a hair transplant but what about people like me who can't afford thousands of pounds?

I understand your concerns and agree to some capacity budget does impact patients when looking for a hair transplant. I just have to stress, research first and foremost because once your cut your cut and sometimes a repair can cost 4 times your original budget.
