UK Improving in the HT industry?

Would you say us brits need to travel now for a quality HT? Lots of great clinics seems to be producing great work.

Certainly would agree the UK in the past decade now has a number of clinics I would be happy to go to, and being from the UK this is great to see. 

We have surgeons from the UK who post great work on here.
