Yesterday I swam the Chesapeake Bay 4.4 mile open water swim in honor of Sarah Willis, a little girl, who like my daughter, has been fighting brain cancer.  While the swim was hard, like the ironman I did a few years ago, its really only one hard day...fighting cancer is LOTS of hard days.

Here is a picture of Wendy, my lead tech, and me, in front of the swim just before the race.

In the previous events, I raised about 50k for brain cancer vaccine research.  Please give consideration to donating the a worthy cause this summer.

Of course Sean, this is the least we can do, we welcome all support in the fight against cancer.

Dr Lindsey works out! Well done for a great cause, please share a link if you have for sponsors.

JUst to clarify.  Daughter Julia has been good for 3 years and a week now.  Back when I was actively fundraising I started a website    www.ironmanforjulia.com

Its still up and I have a few people donate through it to Duke each year.   Should anyone be interested I'll try to insert the video here...if it doesn't link...check out the website  www.ironmanforjulia.com  if you are interested.
