I have a significant amount of hair loss. Can a hair transplant make me look exactly the way I did before I lost my hair? Like back in my early 20s haha

Simple answer is no. All hair restoration procedures move hair, they cannot create new hair. Your transplanted hair is just removed from your side and back of your head (donor area) and is moved to the part of the scalp that you have hair loss. Usually the donor does not have enough hair to replace all lost hair but can make a dramatic improvement.

No, but a great surgeon and good graft placement can give you a nive improvement. Its an art and an illusion.

I don't think so but it might be not very easy that's way no body can try to do it..
