This fellow had 2000 grafts via strip 4 weeks ago and stopped in for a check today. His trichophytic closure is perfect and well concealed with a short haircut.
Probably a bit of surgeon skill, patient physiology, and luck all combined to get this guy a good scar which ought to be hard to find at his 1 year 'grown in' check next March.
