Will my friends and family know that I have had a SMP?

Will my family and friends know if i get SMP? I like the look of the buzz cut and i have seen some real nice work however some not so good.

Depends mate, a few days after your scalp will be red so go into hiding haha. If you have severe balding then all of a sudden a new buzz cut, questions will be raised and of course the clinic you go to helps.

I think initally you would definitely need to hide the scalp from the people so that you can surprise them with the desire result..
