Jamaican castor oil?????????

My brother has started using Jamaican castor oil for his hair and swears by it, saying his hair is much thicker and slowed loss down. I have seen a few positive reviews on google. Anyone heard this to be a good solution?

This result is up there with the best, a great option from Turkey if needed. I would be delighted with an outcome like this.
