Yes, it is true that you need to consult a hair loss treatment specialist or a surgeon, who can guide you better. You can go for a FUE Hair Transplant procedure if you have good amount of hair in the donor area. Your donor area can be any part of the body with good amount of hair growth but again it depends on your surgeon and your type of hair loss.
