This mid-50s guy has extreme hairloss, very fine hairs, and wears a short haircut. Shown are his preop and 24 month pics. We did 2700 up front then another 2200 in the back at a year. Attached is a video of him talking about his experience.

His scar turned out perfectly as well.

Thank you for sharing Dr Lindsey. Very natural and great placement of grafts, and no scar to be seen. Welcome to the forum.
Someone with this extreme amount of hairloss and fine hair, i would not expect a result like this after 2 ops. He couldnt of wished for a better result considering his hairloss. Very natural and no scar :)
Careful planning and placement and a great clinic, this is what can be achieved. He had 2 shots at this and seems to have acheievd a great result considering the ops loss.
Looks better on the video! I like cases with severe hairloss as it gives most hope even if we do advance to a higher hairloss level.
Yep. The video makes a difference. Nobody has ever accused me of either photography or video skills...but the results and the patient speak for themselves.
I have a similar guy returning to the US next week for 2 year pics and I'll put him up. Equally as dramatic.
Thanks
