I have been researching quite a few surgeons, and some of the work has amazed me but at this moment in life i can't possibly afford spending 1000's on a procedure and is way out of my prize range. Should i risk a cheaper, unknown option?

Hell no! Would you risk brain surgery???????

Be patient, if you are willing, you will afford in the end.

Bodhi, i understand that cost is important, and is it possible to get good results at lower cost? Of course. The main problem with this is if you only use cost as your only factor in choosing a clinic, you CAN run a risk of failed procedures and future repairs etc. I strongly suggest thoroughly reviewing all clinics and surgeons you are considering and consult with as many as possible and be careful on selecting a surgeon on price alone. Good luck!

There are clinics out there that do great work at half the cost of some average clinics. Cost is not key....Research is!

I you can't afford the charges of hair transplant then you have to find the cheap and right surgeon for you..

Research is key. Cost is the cost of what is right. Please research and whilst doing so don't be tempted by cheap all inclusive fads.

Yes definitely Research and RND is the key for a successful and cost effective hair transplant surgery.
