Recommended density is 40 grafts per cm square for most doctors but some prefer more some less.

I know some Doctors go up to 50/55 grafts per cm square however the density required also depends on the area, i.e thinning area, no hair etc

Of course the density needed varies from each patient. For example a patient with light thin hair will be different compared to a patient with dark, thick hair.

Density depends on numerous factors. Every patient will be different.

Yes, there are many factors like number of grafts are available, baldness area, etc

I guess 50/60 grafts per cm square for most doctors but some prefer more some less.
